If you have arthritis and its pain, then you know how it restricts the enjoyment of your life. Most likely you have searched for remedies or cures for your pain. Most articles written about arthritis say that it is not curable.

It is true that no one can cure you of arthritis. If there is to be a cure it has to be from within yourself. You have to rebalance the body area that has arthritis and provide it with the nutrients it needs to repair, rebalance, and heal."


Exercise and Arthritis

Exercise is a must for just regular health. You cannot expect to have health without some type of exercise. If you have arthritis it is more important to do regular exercise otherwise your joints will become stiff and give you more pain. One exercise that has proven effective is rebounding. I use the rebounder as my main source of exercising.

This is a short story of a lady who had a pinched nerve, arthritis in the spine, right knee and both ankles. She had bursitis in her right shoulder and both hips. She had headaches, high blood pressure, and poor balance. She extreme difficulty lying in bed because of the pain it produced.

Using the rebounder with the husband holding her in the beginning for balance, she started to feel much better after 1 1/2 months of exercising. Her backaches were gone. She had few headaches and arthritis and bursitis pain was nearly gone. She also lost 20 lbs and was starting to feel again like a natural person.

You can use a rebounder for just 10 minutes a day and expect to have improved health. You will increase energy, blood circulation, lower your cholesterol, and improve your joint health. Its easy to do 10 minutes in the morning before work. I usually go for 10 minutes but end up doing 15 - 20.

No more than 20 minutes per session is needed. But you can do an additional 20 minutes in the evening. More than 20 minutes will strain your tissues causing the deposition of fibrin which will cause pain later in your life.
